Five
Private Assisted-Living Homes
The Mountain Vistas
homes are five distinct, gated ranch-style
homes for alert to mildly confused
individuals. Each can accommodate
up to six residents. Each luxury residence
has a kitchen, living room and dining
room, where meals are served and holidays
are celebrated. The exterior features
country gardens, walking paths and
patios for residents to enjoy the
outdoors. The landscape includes artistic
fountains, vibrant flowers and a variety
of indigenous and fruit-bearing trees.
Fresh avocados, succulent lemons,
pears, peaches, oranges and plums
grow in our own orchard for use in
our healthy menu.
State-of-the
Art Dementia Care Facility
Our newest addition, a state-of-the-art 24 bed living environment joins our existing 32-bed facility for our Alzheimer’s and memory-impaired individuals. Designed by an internationally known gerontologist, these buildings provide an environment on one level, with no way-finding issues and the intimate feeling of a private home.

comfort in mind, with pathways that
allow for ease of movement and an
“at-home” environment
that creates a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
In the dementia care facility, freshly
baked bread can often be smelled from
the kitchen. In the outdoor garden,
residents and their loved ones take
a leisurely stroll or sit for a spell
with the gentle sounds of a fountain
in the background.
A “Green”
Environment
Beyond the "at
home" living in a beautiful,
natural setting, we have created a
“green” environment that
beautifies the grounds and enables us
to produce our own organic vegetables,
fruits, herbs and flowers that are
completely pesticide-free. As
a commitment to our healthy foods way of life for our residents, we maintain a greenhouse and use much of our arable land to cultivate and plant fruit trees and vegetables for use in our daily menu. The grounds are covered with fields of California wildflowers, which supplement the enormous variety of plants, trees and shrubs that cover the campus hillsides.
