"Smaller is Better"
The Mountain Vistas homes in Poway feature a luxurious mountain setting, vibrant landscaping, song birds and golden sunsets. Each of the four original homes accommodate only six residents and feature a kitchen, living room and dining room where meals are served, holidays are celebrated and activities are enjoyed.

Our newest addition provides a state-of-the-art 28-bed living environment for memory impaired individuals. The design features two separate homes under the same roof, allowing us to maintain an intimate feeling. Each house has its own entrance, living room, kitchen, dining area, library and bedrooms for 10-14 residents.

The Cottage of Escondido features a warmly decorated small home atmosphere. Licensed by the Department of Social Services to provide assisted living services for frail seniors suffering from memory loss, confusion and other infirmities, the home features a living room, dining room and kitchen for 12 residents living in private or semi-private bedrooms.

All homes are equipped with comfortable furnishings, cable television and telephone outlets. Outdoor patios offer a place to relax, walk and enjoy mild weather year-round. Family and friends are always welcome to visit or join our celebrations.

While we encourage social interaction, we also respect the need for privacy. Residents are encouraged to decorate their own bedrooms with familiar furniture, photos and mementos of family and home.
