Sunshine Care Rates/Fees

Our fee structure is based on assessed level of care and room size/ location.

The base rate includes such services as:

• Medication management       ordering       storage           dispensing • Meals and snacks       organically grown fruits and vegetables       special diets       assistance with eating • Daily housekeeping       laundry       personal       linens

• Personal assistant for daily grooming • Additional assist with       hygiene       showers       toileting       grooming       dressing • Activities       over 101 activities monthly       wheelchair accessible vans for outings       exercise programs with personal trainer • Hospice • LVN oversight

All this and more! We understand that our residents need assistance with the “Activities of Daily Living”, ADL’s and we are there for them. There will be days that they require more assistance than other days. We understand. Our fee structure allows for the fluctuation of their needs. For instance, we do not charge for extra showers or more time spent assisting someone with their shoes and socks, cutting their food or laundry. When evaluations indicate more than one person is needed to transfer or for activities of daily living, additional care levels are available to enable residents to age in place.

Our Sunshine Care Homes offer choices with regard to location and social need and level of care. The individual homes have two private room choices and the larger homes offer three semi-private room sizes.

When you call for your rate we will be able to give you a fee based on assessed level of care and the selected room.
